Ryder TrackIT is an enterprise IT issue intake and triage platform designed for Ryder warehouse operations. The responsive web application connects ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Power Automate to route requests automatically and give users a clearer way to track their progress.
- Automated request routing and status tracking across existing enterprise systems.
- Implemented cloud-hosted backend services and REST API integrations for scalable workflow automation.

Peer-to-Peer File Sharing System

This BitTorrent-style file-sharing system enables peers to exchange file pieces directly over TCP. It uses custom connection handshakes, bitfields, and piece-based transfers to coordinate file availability across concurrent peers.
- Implemented configuration-based startup, multithreaded peer communication, choke/unchoke logic, and optimistic unchoking.
- Added file reconstruction and per-peer logging to verify transfers locally and across multiple machines.
